Music from Our Hands
A multi-media exhibition featuring the work of the League of NH Craftsmen's juried members
January 13 -- March 21
Reception: January 13, 5 -7 PM
This exhibition features two electric guitars, three acoustic guitars, a
sterling silver flute, a gourd, whistles, vase percussion, as well as other fine handcrafted pieces that include musical elements. (The flute, shown above, is handcrafted by John Lunn.
“This is really a fun exhibition, as everyone can relate to music and musical instruments,” said League of NH Craftsmen Executive Director Susie Lowe-Stockwell. “Visitors will appreciate the creativity and painstaking work that went into creating the beautiful details of the handcrafted instruments. Some of the craftsmen created pieces that represent the joyful, healing, and motivating powers of music. All in all, there is something for everyone.”
