Join the League

The League of NH Craftsmen nurtures New Hampshire's rich craft heritage by supporting the state's finest craftspeople and educating an audience for their work. The craftspeople who have gone through the League’s jury process for membership and met its rigorous standards for creativity, innovation, and technical expertise, benefit from the League’s quality reputation.

To become a juried member of the League, you must reside in New Hampshire or within 10 miles of the New Hampshire border. Dues are $75 for individuals and $125 for partnerships. Juried members receive these valuable marketing and educational opportunities:

The Annual Craftsmen’s Fair: this nationally recognized fair draws an audience of 35,000 craft enthusiasts and collectors from around the world. Juried members can display and sell their work in a craft booth or Fair exhibition (Living With Craft, CraftWear, Sculpture Garden), or The Shop at the Fair. Juried members can also conduct craft making workshops and demonstrations.
Open Studio Tour: This annual Veterans Day weekend event gives juried members an opportunity to open their craft studios to the public to promote and sell their work.
Gallery 205 Exhibitions: The League holds scheduled public exhibitions around themes that are designed to give juried members an opportunity to think about craft in a different way. Pieces shown in these exhibitions are also available for sale.
The seven League of NH Retail Galleries: The work of the League’s juried members is also sold through a network of seven retail galleries around the state.
Craft Education Scholarships: The League awards scholarships and grants to individuals and organizations in support of craft education.
