Dena Moses
Media: Fiber

Dena has been weaving for twenty-two years. Originally trained in Physics and Optics, she has explored color from many different angles. Each piece is created by hand, on a loom. She is also a weaving teacher and the founder of The Vermont Weaving School.

Her primary line of work is in rayon chenille - scarves and shawls to drape around your body, hats to keep you warm, blankets for comfort, and garments that feel and look terrific.

“Weaving has come as a gift to me. Somewhere deep down, I have always been a weaver. I love the endless world of color and work in many different color ranges, making colors sing, creating pieces that are visually stunning and luxuriously soft.”
